Owner and Director Graydon Staniforth has deep roots within central NSW having grown up on a mixed farm enterprise at West Wyalong before going onto study and work extensively within the property sector.
Since 2011 Graydon has been based in Orange covering the Central West as a unrestricted property valuer undertaking all types of property valuations for major financial institutions, government agencies, associated property professionals and private clients, along with previously running a Buyers Agency sourcing and negotiating property on behalf of buyers within the Central West.
Before settling into Orange, Graydon worked at Landsburys International in Sydney as a valuer predominately on medium to high density residential developments and prestige properties and had 8 years as a professional rugby player in Europe before returning.
